Facts: Saturn peaches are smaller and flatter than regular peaches. Their skin is yellow and red. They are usually less fuzzy than ordinary peaches. They are sweeter than regular peaches, with some say a hint of almond! They are known by other names too, including paraguayo peach, pan tao peach, and saucer peach.

Storage: In a cool place, or the fridge.
Preparation and cooking: Rinse before use. Eat straight out of the hand, or if used in cooking, blanch in boiling water for a minute then plunge into icy water to remove the skin easily. Use in savoury or sweet dishes, and fruit salads of course.
